Richard Green is the Founder, President, and CEO of Ghostwerks LLC, is dedicated to helping government and commercial organizations solve complex challenges through engineering support, technology solutions, strategic planning, and mission-focused services. With more than 25 years of experience spanning federal contracting, business development, proposal strategy, marketing, and operations, Richard has built a career centered on delivering practical solutions that improve mission readiness and organizational performance.
A U.S. Air Force veteran, Richard brings a unique combination of military discipline, business acumen, and entrepreneurial leadership to Ghostwerks. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a trusted partner supporting defense, federal civilian, and national security customers through innovative approaches, responsive service, and a relentless commitment to customer success.
Before founding Ghostwerks in 2024, Richard held leadership roles in business development, capture management, proposal operations, and strategic communications, supporting contracts across the Department of War, IRS, FAA, and other federal agencies.
Richard holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from George Fox University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Information Systems from Saint Leo University. He believes that successful organizations are built by investing in people, fostering meaningful partnerships, and staying focused on the mission.

Chief Innovation Officer, Ghostwerks LLC

Dr. Anthony Pezzano is a senior defense technology executive and engineering leader with decades of experience advancing complex weapons systems and next-generation solutions. Following an accomplished civil service career with the U.S. Army, he transitioned to the private sector, bringing deep enterprise leadership and strategic insight.
Prior to retiring from federal service, Dr. Pezzano was the Senior Scientific Technical Manager for Future Concepts within the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Armaments Center. In this capstone role, he served as a senior technical authority driving technology portfolio strategy, novel concept development, and strategic partnerships.
Throughout his federal career, Dr. Pezzano held pivotal executive and advisory roles across major defense commands, where he consistently advised senior leaders on translating operational needs into executable engineering and acquisition strategies.

Director of Human Resources, Ghostwerks LLC

Katie Reilman is a Human Resources professional with more than 20 years of experience leading employee lifecycle operations, HR compliance, benefits administration, recruiting, HRIS management, and process improvement for multi-state organizations. As Director of Human Resources at Ghostwerks LLC, Katie brings a strategic, people-focused approach to building effective HR programs and supporting organizational growth. Throughout her career, she has partnered with executive leadership and legal counsel to strengthen compliance, develop policies and procedures, improve HR systems, and create efficient processes that enhance both organizational effectiveness and the employee experience. Her previous experience includes managing HR operations for multi-state workforces, large corporations as well as small government contractor space. Katie has comprehensive experience with onboarding programs, overseeing benefits and compensation programs, and developing standardized processes that improve consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
Katie also brings a unique depth of leadership and community-building experience from more than a decade of volunteer service supporting Air Force families and military communities. She served in progressive leadership roles, culminating in base and Air Force wide programs, where she advised commanders and installation leadership while supporting programs serving more than 450 Airmen and their families. Her leadership has included recruiting and mentoring volunteers, developing organization-wide procedures, building strategic community partnerships, and leading large-scale programs focused on engagement and readiness. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bowling Green State University and is passionate about creating workplaces where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.

Operations Manager, Ghostwerks LLC

Christina is a seasoned Program and Operations Management professional with 12+ years of experience keeping projects, people, and priorities moving in the right direction. With a background spanning project management, client relations, business development, HR, and government contracting, she’s known for bringing organization to chaos and building strong relationships along the way. A natural communicator and problem-solver, Christina thrives in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same—and she firmly believes that getting the job done doesn’t mean you can’t have a little fun while doing it.
Christina’s career has been focused at the Picatinny Arsenal in New Jersey, and she has been fundamental in building and maintaining government contracts for multiple companies. Currently with Ghostwerks, Christina is overseeing multiple contracts supporting Army engineering programs, administration support, and technical solutions. She is well known for her customer relations with the clients, while maintaining a strong company environment for Ghostwerks. If you run into Christina on base, please say “hello”!

Director of Human Resources, Ghostwerks LLC

Amelia Fisher is the Growth & Operations Manager at Ghostwerks LLC, where she helps drive strategic growth initiatives, capture efforts, operations, and industry partnerships supporting the defense and federal contracting community. With experience spanning business development, program management, process improvement, supply chain operations, and organizational leadership, Amelia brings a collaborative and relationship-focused approach to connecting people, ideas, and opportunities.
A passionate advocate for professional development and community engagement, Amelia has been actively involved with the Dayton-Wright Chapter of AFCEA for more than five years, previously serving as Vice President of Emerging Leaders and Executive Vice President. She is the incoming President of the Dayton-Wright AFCEA Chapter, where she is committed to advancing collaboration among industry, government, academia, and military partners throughout the Dayton region.
Amelia earned a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management from Wright State University and is recognized for her dedication to servant leadership, mentorship, and strengthening the GovCon community.
